Jökulsárlón Panorama

Jökulsárlón is located on the south coast of Iceland. The glacial lake formed at the head of Breiðamerkurjökull glacier and has grown in size as the glacier has receded away from the Atlantic Coast. Considered one of the natural wonders of Iceland and having grown four times in size since the 1970's, it is also a powerful reminder of the ongoing effects of climate change on the planet.
